This is done by gently and evenly controlling the flow of heat and steam over the product from the earliest and most delicate stages of firing. Made in five different versions, and developed to meet the more specific needs of bakers and pastry chefs, RotoAvant offers excellent benefits and performance. Its great flexibility makes it ideal for use either as a single oven, or as part of large-scale production, not only because it can be positioned symmetrically and in rows, but also because it offers the additional option of an Industry Pack for each version. This is a set of accessories and functions ideal for those with multiple ovens and large-scale production.

SCOOTER 4060
The oven SCOOTER is the smallest of the family of Rotary ovens, but preserves the constructional features and all the technical qualities of the older brothers. The rotation of the rack ensures high uniformity of cooking. Made entirely of stainless steel, the Scooter oven is available with supply liquid gas (LPG), natural gas or electric. Thanks to the presence of a heat exchanger high yield the product in baking has never in contact with the harmful gas exhaust and the oven is always ready to provide the necessary calories. In the electric version, the oven has a group of finned armored heaters to ensure a considerable radiant surface.

STRATOS
Stratos was born to create an adaptable oven to customer needs. Maximum versatility, great energy efficiency and perfection of the cooking, make it ideal for bakeries, pastry shops, pizzerias who need high production flexibility. In addition to a wide range of possible compositions Stratos also allows a great possibility aesthetic customization.
ELETTRO DRAGO AVANT
It develops in a perfect way any type of product consuming less of the other ovens of the same category. It is equipped with a special heat system, with electric resistors surrounded by a mass consisting of ceramic and accommodated in the suitably shaped steel panels. The result of this technology is a minor drop in temperature, optimal distribution and continuous heat in the room: contributing factors to guarantee to any kind of product a perfect development and an ideal cooking.

OVEN LOADER
Manufactured to assist with loading and unloading the oven, the integrated oven loader is distinguished by enormous reduction in work time and the fact that it is easy to use. After use, when it is inactive, it does not take up much space as it is stored at the height of the hood, and therefore gives operators and trolleys freedom of movement.

UNICO
An oven of great versatility because it offers all the cooking possibilities: ventilated, combined, static. The cooking chamber is heated in convection and is equipped with a floor electric heating with an independent thermostat whose power is such as to allow to achieve the 350° C very quickly. The innovative floor is able to offer independent cooking compared to the remaining space of the convection chamber, allowing to cook or heat simultaneously varied types of product. Can still enable the baking tray placed on the floor, to bake as any other, simply by switching off the electrical resistance.
WIND

These are all MovAir functions, available in both gas and electric versions. The sides with double fitments enable use of both Gastronome size trays and 600×400 patisserie trays.
