Wrap-around case packers

IMW Wrap-around case packers

The wrap-around case packers of the IMW 332 series, are totally automated and pack all types of stiff containers, in wraparound cases and trays, in one or more layers with a wide variety of configurations.

These machines, according to the product and packaging demands, are equipped with bottle housing inserts, a magnetic head for glass jars, lid appliers, etc.

These are available in various models according to specific packaging needs.

VF WR Series Wrap-around case packers

The “VF WR” series is composed of compact wrap-around case packers suitable to pack full cases (shippers), display cases, display tray and bottom trays. Equipped with a flexible collating system.

On request, the line can be designed to allow a manual or automatic insertion of a partition. The machines can be combined with Film shrink-wrapping machines.

All lines have a cardboard magazine with storage capacity suitable for the required speed and with easy loading during the normal machine operation without machine stop.

American case packers – Top Load

PK Series top load case packers

The “PK” series is composed of the most reliable Top-load American case packers. These machines can pack a collation of products in American boxes by inserting the products in the open top of the previously squared carton via a flexible and reliable pneumatic pick & place system, with a flexible and reliable pneumatic pick & place system. They can be easily combined with a case closing device. (CSN or CSC)

These machines integrate a device with carton loading belt, product collation system with an efficient pick & place device, which can be provided with a single or multiple lanes infeed conveyor according to the production requirements.

American case packers – Side Load

C97 Series case packers

The “C97” series is composed of robust and reliable Side-load American case packers. These lines can pack a collation of products in American case by stacking and loading the products through the open side of the case, with a versatile pushing/inserting device.

These machines integrate two process. Sorting or stacking devices complete with feed conveyors for different types of product easily adjustable for each requirement. Case loading, erection, filing, closing and labeling processes are combined on a single robust and reliable step-by-step packer.
