PIES AND TARTS LINE
  •  A fully automated or semi-automatic production plant for pies and tarts that is versatile and designed for medium-high production capacity and high precision in dosage and decoration.  
  • The pies and tarts line is composed of:
    1. automatic short pastry extruder
    2. press unit equipped with heated moulds and counter-moulds for better control during the pressing phase
    3. sensor for mould recognition according to the selected recipe
    4. trolley for extraction and rapid change of pressing heads
    5. dosing unit driven by servomotors for a  high-precision weight dosage and a homogenous distribution of filling on the short pastry base
    6. rotary machine suitable to deposit a lattice top on the tart surface with high precision
    7. possibility to use the filling dosing unit for cake production, integrating the line with a paper cup denester or an oil greasing unit, depending on the desired product type.
Products:
COOKIES PRODUCTION LINE
A line suitable for the production of wire-cut, filled, or jam thumbprint cookies. Driven by servo-motors and PLC for a wide range of adjustments, high accuracy, and automatic storage of data and recipes. This production line can be manufactured according to customer requirements and with the following options:
  1. Extractable head on a side trolley for cleaning operation
  2. Moulding device equipped with heated moulds, suitable for cookie moulding
  3. Interchangeable wire-cut  device, driven by servomotor
  4. Dry ingredients dispenser (sugar, chocolate chips ….) for  ‘target’ distribution on product

Cup Cakes and Muffins

Fully automated production line, tailor-made for the production of cakes/muffins with or without paper cups, for a medium-high production capacity. This line is able to produce different types of productsoptimizing spacesbaking and cooling times. It is composed of:

    1. Paper cup denester, batter depositor, filling unit and depanner, completely driven by servomotors, for a wide range of products and high accuracy.
    2. Possibility of different types of cooling, including an innovative and compact “not-in-pan” system, to significantly reduce the cooling time and the number of pans in the system.
    3. Pan management system made with materials that reduce both noise and wear-and-tear, while ensuring accuracy and positioning during  transport.
    4. Possibility of using punched pans to reduce baking time and increase the production capacity.
    5. PLC and display (HMI) for production line control, data and recipe storing.
    6. The automatic line is made according to the production capacity and product type required by the customer

VERTICAL FILLING OF PRODUCTS ON CONVEYOR BELT
A line suitable for vertical injection of poured or leavened products directly on a conveyor belt. Volumetric injection unit driven by servomotors for a wide range of fillings and high accuracy. Maximum precision in the handling and placement of products during the injection phase. PLC and display (HMI) for production line control, data and recipe storing.
VERTICAL FILLING OF PRODUCTS IN PANS
A line suitable for vertical injection of poured or leavened products into moulded baking pans. Volumetric injection head driven by servomotors for a wide range of fillings and high accuracy. Pan management system made with materials suitable to reduce noise and the wear and tear of pans. Maximum precision during the handling and the positioning of pans during the injection phase. PLC and display (HMI) for production line control, data, and recipe storage.
HORIZONTAL INJECTION LINE OF POURED OR LEAVENED PRODUCTS
A line suitable for the injection of poured or leavened products directly onto a conveyor belt. Volumetric injection unit is driven by servomotors for a wide range of fillings and high accuracy. Maximum handling and placement precision of products during the injection phase. PLC and display (HMI) for production line control, data and recipe storage.
